What To Expect
Appointments typically span between 30 to 90 minutes. To streamline the appointment process, please provide your electricity usage details in advance if you prefer a shorter duration.

Introduction/Usage
Upon arrival at your home, I will promptly introduce myself and inquire if we can convene at the kitchen table. Our initial step will involve obtaining your electricity usage, if not already furnished. Subsequently, I will input the usage data with my engineers, who will commence the construction of your solar system. Typically, you can expect to receive the proposal within approximately 10 minutes from this point onward.

Questions
Following that, I will address any inquiries you may have, provide an overview of how solar energy functions, and assess its suitability for your home.

Proposal
By now, we should have received the proposal. I will thoroughly review all pertinent details with you, covering aspects such as panel placement, offset (indicating the balance between electricity production and usage), total production estimates, warranties, and available financing options.

Schedule Site Survey
Once we've determined the optimal solution for you, I'll propose initiating a site survey to ensure that we can proceed with the discussed plans. If you're in agreement, we'll sign some non-binding documents, enabling our surveyor to visit your home (please note that signing the documents doesn't signify a commitment to proceed, but it's necessary for us to conduct the survey). Subsequently, we'll schedule a convenient time for the surveyor to assess your home.

Schedule Final appointment
The final step involves scheduling another appointment for me to return and review the finalized design with you, and that concludes the process!

At the final design appointment
During the final design appointment, I'll update you on any changes, and typically, most clients make their decision to proceed at this point. However, if you require more time, you'll have an additional time to consider it. Should you decide not to proceed for any reason, please inform me within the initial allotted time following this appointment.

Be Prepared
If you wish to ensure that everything necessary is available at the first appointment, please prepare the following:
-
A copy of your homeowner's insurance declarations.
-
A copy of your electric bill.
-
If applicable, the name, email, and contact number of your Homeowners Association (HOA).
-
In rare instances, we may also require a copy of identification.
